XL Axiata has commercially launched its 4G Long Term Evolution high-speed internet service in Greater Jakarta. XL Axiata’s LTE services offer access speeds up to 150 megabits per second in the cities of Yogyakarta, Medan, Lombok, Bali, Surabaya and Bandung.
The service will also be available in Pekanbaru, Batam, Palembang, Manado and Banjarmasin and six other cities by the end of November. Service is to be made available in 35 cities nationwide by the end of 2015.
